Planning Meeting for Potential Hunger Relief Efforts by the Local Music Community on
July 28, 7 pm.

On Monday, July 28 at 7pm, we ask that you join Mark Cutler, Rudy Cheeks, Steve Maciel, Stephen Graham, Mark Sven Oltedale, Richard Wahlberg, Rick Farrell, Kate Burt, Nathan Rose and others at a special Hunger Relief Strategy Meeting meeting to discuss enhancing hunger relief efforts with the music and arts community. The meeting will take place at the Blackstone Valley Tourism Council Office, located in the Pawtucket Visitors Center, 175 Main St. Downtown Pawtucket.

This project was given high priority by the Outreach Committee and there is a great deal of interest in the music community to do this.

At this meeting, we will:

• Review various options that have been developed
• Discuss launch of a program to get as many music/arts venues (and other entities) as possible to collect food on an ongoing basis
• Review discussions with the RI Food Bank and RI State Council on the Arts about our project.
